Work with muscle mass as a natural extension of therapeutic programmes. Measurable results, standardised methodology and expert support for spa facilities that want to offer musculoskeletal care and active ageing at a clinical level.
Designed to fit into existing spa care — without replacing current programmes.
The Muscle Health Centre extends existing spa services with a structured programme focused on muscle mass, strength and mobility. It combines initial assessment, individually tailored care and outcome monitoring. The programme is integrated into the facility's existing therapeutic and exercise programmes.
During a spa stay, muscle care can be integrated with physiotherapy, exercise programmes and other treatments. Muscle Protocols provide a shared methodology, coordinated procedures and a framework for monitoring outcomes.
Muscle mass fundamentally influences the speed and permanence of rehabilitation results, physical capability in later life, metabolic health and the body's ability to retain the benefits of care after returning home.
The programme can also be adapted for patients with limited mobility or reduced physical capacity. The clinical team determines whether it is appropriate and how it should be delivered, taking account of the patient's health, abilities and care objectives.
Standardised system of care
A shared methodology and standardised procedures help the team maintain a consistent approach to care, documentation and outcome evaluation.
Measurable results
A baseline assessment at the start of care, ongoing progress monitoring and outcome evaluation — results you can document and share with the client.
An extension of existing care
The programme sits naturally alongside balneological procedures, physiotherapy and movement programmes. It fits naturally alongside your existing treatments.
Continuity of care
After leaving the spa, clients can continue in care through partner facilities. The spa stay becomes the beginning of a long-term programme.
Implementation support
Methodology, team training and ongoing expert support are part of the collaboration from day one. You do not start alone.
Operations analysis
We map your existing care programmes, capacities and client groups. We identify where there is space for muscle work.
Implementation proposal
We prepare a concrete Muscle Health Centre model adapted to your operations — including recommended technical equipment.
Team training
Practical training for staff — physiotherapists, balneologists and nurses. We teach them to work with protocols, diagnostics and documentation.
Introduction into practice
We integrate the methodology into standard care programmes. We accompany you through the first weeks of operation.
Long-term support
Ongoing consultations, protocol updates and direct contact with the expert team. Collaboration does not end at launch.
Methodology licence
Access to validated Muscle Protocols procedures and working protocols.
Standardised working procedures
Documentation of care processes from the initial assessment to outcome evaluation.
Implementation documentation
Everything needed for launch: operational manuals, record templates and information materials for clients.
Expert guidance
Direct contact with the Muscle Protocols team — consultations on more complex cases, recommendations for individual clients.
Ongoing updates
Protocols evolve with current findings. Partners receive updates automatically.
Technical and operational support
Help with setup, servicing and any future expansion of the Muscle Health Centre's capacity.
Request an initial consultation. We will go through implementation options, suitable areas of use and a collaboration model adapted to your operations.
The initial consultation is free of charge and does not commit you to purchasing technology or starting a partnership.
If we find during the consultation that the system does not make professional, operational or economic sense for your facility, we’ll tell you.
